We want you to be absolutely happy with any product you purchase from us. If you have any problems, we've got your back and won't leave you hanging!

• If a holster or product if defective, we will replace it with a new one at no charge to you. We will provide a pre-paid return label for the defective item.
• Our holsters are all custom made to order. We are one of the few custom holster manufacturers who will allow you to return a holster. If you order the wrong holster - or simply don't like it - you can return it to us for a refund. You must cover return shipping and we will then refund you 85% of the purchase price.
